A recent Zillow listing warns potential buyers not to bother asking about the mysterious occupant living upstairs, rent-free. The listing has since been edited, but once stated: Upstairs apartment cannot be shown under any circumstances. Buyer assumes responsibility for the month-to-month tenancy in the upstairs apartment.
